• To provide up-to-date academic, cultural, social, and administrative services to Omani students studying in Higher Education Institutions in Malaysia.
• To strengthen and cohesion the cultural and scientific ties between the Sultanate of Oman and Malaysia.
• To show and highlight the history and achievements of the Sultanate of Oman in the sectors of education, culture, thought, and arts.
